“This tour was fantastic! If you are at all wanting to see a lava field do this tour. The geologist is able to tell you wha you are looking at rather than just looking at old lava and moving on. The tour also allows you to do this safely which is the key!!! Don’t be that person walking on the lava field and gets hurt. The hike is not too hard but very much uphill. So if you have bad knees I wouldn’t do it. Also take something to block the wind.”
