We agreed to then be told it was full and not available. And book an alternative date. Unfortunately we were on our last day, which put a downer on our holiday. Viator made excuses for the Tour company which fell on deaf ears as thats what I do for a living in Ireland. Disgraceful treatment.”

“We really enjoyed this tour - our guide, Roman, was very entertaining and knowledgeable, and took us to some great locations. The night was clear but the moon was bright; however, we saw some amazing displays, particularly at the first and fourth (final) stops. I would definitely recommend a small group tour as it is easier for a smaller vehicle to access the good spots, and also nicer not to be in a huge crowd.”

“This tour delivered as promised, picking us up at our hotel on a nice coach bus and driving out to a remote location to see the northern lights. Unfortunately, the location chosen, while remote, still had some bright light from a visitor center. The pros included real bathrooms nearby, though, which were very appreciated. It was a beautiful experience! The drive back was just as easy, and we were brought right back to just outside our hotel's doors in Reykjavik.”
