“The Coach and Tour Comoany Jewel didn't show up to collect us at our hotel at 0930. They said they couldnt find the hotel. Contacted Viator who offered a 1200noon with the same company. We agreed to then be told it was full and not available. And book an alternative date. Unfortunately we were on our last day, which put a downer on our holiday. Viator made excuses for the Tour company which fell on deaf ears as thats what I do for a living in Ireland. Disgraceful treatment.”

“We had Ottar as our driver and host on this 11 hour journey. Ottar was a great host who answered all questions in very good English. He also did a couple of short side stops so we could pet and feed Icelandic Horses and look at some recent lava fields up close. At our last stop at Pingvellir National Park I thought we could have had a little bit more time but we had some other people on our tour that had delayed the start so not sure if that is why we had a little less time.
